Step 3: Wait for our reply via email or SMS on the availability of the item, bank details for payment and confirmation.

Step 4: Make payment within 3 days or arrange for COD.

1. Sales are based on first come first served basis. Reservations are not allowed.

Priority will be given to those who have submitted their order form with full details and can make payment promptly.

2. Prices are final and non-negotiable.

3. While c h a r l i e .'s management strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, typographical errors and incorrect information may occur eg. the photos may not accurately display the right tone / colour of items sold due to diffference in monitor screen's resolution setting etc. c h a r l i e .'s management will not be liable for such errors or misleading provisions.

4. All sales are final. All items are checked thoroughly for any damages before posting/COD. Hence, we will not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred during posting/COD. Back outs are not permitted once order is placed.

5. Payment must be made to our accounts within 3 days of confirmation.

6. Goods will be posted on Saturday only (if post office is closed on the first Saturday of the month, goods will either be posted on the day before, Friday, or on the following Monday) after payment is received. Please email us for any special requests. Buyers are to bear postage fees of RM 6.00 (WM)/RM8.00 (EM) except for COD transactions.

7. COD is free at the following locations on weekends only:
- Kuala Lumpur (Pavillion, KLCC, Leisure Mall, The Weld, Taman Connaught)
- Puchong (IOI Mall, IOI Boulevard)
- Damansara (Center Point, One Utama, The Curve, Tropicana City Mall)
- Sunway Pyramid
- Kota Kemuning
